Watch as my mom, Kaye Israel, puts the finishing touches on her burekas. As she always says, you taste with your eyes first. Give it a try with your next batch.

My grandmother came from Istanbul to Lima Peru.
She used to finish them like this.Made them stuffed with cheese and potato,also with eggplant.
Do you have a recipe for pishkado en agristada?
